1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using StaxMyBill ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StaxMyBill is an all-in-one billing, POS, inventory, and business operations platform designed for merchants. Features may include invoicing, payments tracking, inventory tools, reporting, multi-user access, and related business workflows. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and account activity
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use paid plans
Businesses are responsible for the actions of users invited to their account

4. Free Trial

We offer a 1-month free trial for eligible new users. Trial terms:

No charge during the free trial period
You may cancel anytime before paid billing begins without payment
After the trial ends, continued use may require a paid subscription
We may limit, modify, or discontinue free trial offers at our discretion

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle selected at checkout (for example monthly or yearly), unless canceled.

You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge applicable fees for your selected plan
Prices, features, and plan limits may change with reasonable notice where required
We offer a 1-week (7-day) full refund policy on eligible paid purchases from the start of paid billing

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity
Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform
Misuse free trials, refunds, or promotions
Upload or process content that infringes others' rights or violates applicable law
Resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted by us

7. Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of business data and content you submit to StaxMyBill. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you enter into the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

StaxMyBill, including its software, branding, design, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You may use the Service only as permitted under your plan and these Terms.

9. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to keep StaxMyBill reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not allowed.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StaxMyBill and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim, where applicable.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required for legal or security reasons.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local consumer laws require otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of StaxMyBill after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
